Zinajda Kodrič


Zinajda Kodrič plays flute and piccolo and has a background in studies of classical music. She graduated with full marks in 2007 at the Conservatory "G. Tartini" of Trieste in the class of Luisa Sello. She has attended classes and seminars given by musicians such as Hansgeorg Schmeiser, Raphael Leone, Mario Caroli, Rien de Reede, and Thies Roorda. She has won several prizes in national competitions, including first prize in the XVI Concorso Nazionale Riviera della Versilia (Viareggio, 2007). In 2005 she attended a specialized course in piccolo flute at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Prof. Raphael Leone (piccolo player of Wiener Symphoniker). She is currently attending a master's program at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz (Austria) in the class of Nils-Thilo Krämer.
